Taylor Robinson, Ave Maria University
Taylor Robinson is known for playing a “so called” non-athletic sport but golf has taught her many things such as perseverance, resilience and patience. This game that she loves pushes her not on only to excel on the course but in every aspect of life. The Miami, Florida native is a junior studying international business at Ave Maria University. Taylor is also work with the elderly, in the Immokalee area of her Ave Maria University community. Taylor has given her time for the past five years to the Irie Foundation assisting with the various golf clinics and events, while being a Leadership Mentor for First Tee of Miami and Senior Ambassadorfor Fore Life Inc. where she helps to expose underserved youth to the game of golf. She has participated in over ten tournaments for Ave Maria. Carded a season low 86 in final round at The Sun Conference Championships. Lowest 36-hole score also came at Embry-Riddle (185), which also featured her first top 30 finish.
Taylor is looking forward to her last year at Ave Maria University, but what she is most excited about is continuing her college education and pursuing her dreams with the opportunity of a career in the Sports field.
