The Winning Edge Game Changing Retreat is designed to exceed the expectations of a traditional retreat.
Knowing the powerful impact of mentorship and an effective network, The Winning Edge Leadership Academy is hosting the first Game Changing Retreat to influence and prepare student-athletes for a career in sports business. The focus of this intense, multi-day experience will be on networking, industry discussions, cultivating leadership, and creating career objectives.
Cohort members are a diverse collective of current and former student-athletes with a history of success on and off the field. Mentors are industry professionals who will share insight and provide guidance to the next generation of leaders in sports business.

This personal and professional development experience will feature networking dinners and group discussions led by sports industry professionals serving as retreat mentors. These mentors are successful in their field and have a passion to serve the next generation of leaders. They will guide the retreat cohort before, during, and after the retreat.
