Darryl Reynolds

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Darryl is a 2017 graduate of Villanova University. He received his Bachelor’s in Communications while competing as a student-athlete on the Wildcats’ men’s basketball team. Darryl managed to graduate with a 3.1 GPA on the way to becoming a 4-time Big East Regular Season Champion, a 2-time Big East Tournament Champion, and a 1-time NCAA Champion. 

Currently working as a player development graduate assistant with Villanova Men’s Basketball team, Darryl’s journey is one of perseverance. After college, Darryl suffered a gruesome leg injury, that ended his professional career. However, due to a strong-minded mentality he developed through sports, Darryl has been able to successfully adjust his career after college. Currently, Darryl is active in media production. He is the host of his own podcast called “Stay Tuned with Dray” and has also worked on a full-length documentary called “Positive.”

Darryl is very thankful for the experience he received at Villanova. Being a part of a National Championship team has taught Darryl what the process of being great requires and he plans to apply that same process to his business career. Darryl aspires to be a director of full-length documentaries assuring that people have a chance at getting their story told.
